Investor Relations

Job Description :

• Manage investor relations
• Manage external finance with creditors
• Make regular meetings with investors
• Support the general meeting of shareholders
• Make periodic activity reports

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent min GPA 3.00
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
• Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Proficient in MS Office
