IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals
• Align each user requirement with existing process and give value added to them
• Deliver business process specification for each user requirements on application development which already consider cost benefit factors in its implementation
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and problem
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Industrial Engineering/ related Major
• Minimum 1 years experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Have experience using SAP FICO,MM,SD, CRM, Sales are preferred, Office, SQL, SQL Server
• Experienced in SQL, SQL Server, BI Tools (Microstrategy,Power BI,Tableu, etc )
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical
• Strong communication and leadership ability
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus
