IT Support

• 1 st Layer of IT Support at production line 
• 2 nd Layer of Office & Infrastructure Support
• Ensure availability of all IT elements at production area > 98% (IT Devices, Application, Electrical, Network, etc.)
• Prevent Line Stop problem occurred to production line < 13 minutes per month
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance based on schedule to all IT elements
• Reduce repetitive problems occurred to production line
• Manage & control all IT elements at production line
• Conduct improvement to improve people & working processes
• Follow company regulations (PP, Safety Regulation, Covid-19 Protocol, etc.) and culture applied

• Diploma‘s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Have experience (min) 1 year in IT Support 
• Expert in troubleshoot hardware and software (PC, Notebook, printer, Office applications, etc)
• Have knowledge in network management (TCP/IP, cabling, wireless) and good analyze in network issues
• Proficient in all desktop & tablet operating system (Windows, Android, IOS, etc)
• Have basic knowledge in SQL database and PHP or .net programming language
• Server management (active directory, file share, security, etc)
• Can work in teams and willing to work under pressure
• Have a good communication skill in oral and writing (speak English preferably)
• Willing to work shifts and overtime
